CAD Designed Aquamarine & Diamond Ring

-Inspired by displayed images in our showroom of a previous handmade Aqua marine and Diamond ring, our client carried out their own research online. After our client showed us photographs taken from the internet, Martin was able to design his own version.

-Firstly we ordered a selection of Aqua marines for our client to pick from, once chosen we were able to estimate the number of diamonds needed to frame the aqua and to form the shoulders and under bezel.

-Martin built the design on the computer and emailed various views of the ring to our client, along with costs for the design completed in various metals.

-Our client loved the design, the next stage was to email the completed design to our supplier so that they could cast the design in her chosen metal, 18ct white gold.

-Once we received the mount in it’s cast form, it was then time for Martin to do his magic. Firstly to pre polish. The item arrived in two parts, therefore Martin assembled the complete mount.

-Setting was next, a total of 58 diamonds were set, followed by the setting of the aqua marine.

-The final stage was to polish and rhodium.
